New Hampshire Retail Liquor Licensees Notified of Wine & Spirits Delivery Outage

According to a September 6, 2024, notice from the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, DHL has put licensees on notice of a planned order management system outage that will prevent retail licensees from receiving wine and spirits delivery orders Thursday, September 12, 2024, to Sunday, September 15, 2024. During this time, you will be able to place orders but only orders placed before the Wednesday, September 11, cutoff will be fulfilled during the outage period.

Key Dates to Remember:

  • Wednesday, September 11: Last day to place warehouse orders by 7:00pm. Orders after this time will be processed starting Monday, September 16.

  • Thursday, September 12: Last day for warehouse shipping. Ensure your trucking company picks up orders placed before September 11.

  • Friday, September 13: No orders fulfilled, but customer pickups are available from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

  • Saturday, September 14: Warehouse closed.

  • Sunday, September 15: Operations resume at 6:00pm, and new orders will be processed.

To avoid disruptions, place your warehouse orders early. You can also order directly from any of the 65 NH Liquor and Wine Outlets during this time. Impacted licensees may contact DHL customer service at Customerservice.NH@dhl.com or call NHLC customer service at 800-345-6452.

Plan ahead and ensure your stock is ready!
